I am going to use your patience as an example in customer service training.

Just wanted to send a quick note to say how great it was dealing with Spabreak Direct for my hen night away to the Stirling Highland Hotel. I'm now recommending you to all of my friends with hen parties and events coming up. By far the best customer service I've had from a British company.
I can't praise the customer service, the deal and the spa highly enough. Spabreak Direct went to every effort to find us a spa day and we couldn't have wished for more. Having used other spa websites previously Spabreak Direct is the one I'll be using from now on. Definitely recommend for excellent customer service and brilliant value.
It's so rare to find a company who not only delivers what it promises, but goes over and above what one would expect. Lastminute.com & Wahanda are so yesterday, and you most certainly are my preferred supplier from here on in.

I am going to recommend your company to all my friends and family and will most certainly be contacting you again to book more breaks. You were by far the best company on the internet offering these kind of breaks! Efficient, friendliest and most value for money! 10 out of ten!!
I appreciate your time and effort with arranging everything for me! I have been very very impressed with your customer service and with that of all the Spabreak Direct staff members, everybody is very polite and really helpful...it makes all the difference when making a purchase in my opinion. Thanks again for your time and effort.
So it’s around mid-January and we’ve all come accept that we’re pretty terrible people because our New Year’s resolutions have gone caput and we’re back to our slovenly December 2015 selves. Let’s be honest, those are our true selves anyway, and that’s totally okay. We say ‘NO!’ to diets, and ‘Err… OBVIOUSLY!’ to the question ‘should I allow chocolate back into my life?’Read More

Sometimes flowers say it best. Granted, roses don’t have tiny mouths that cry out “I love you, Sheila!” or “I should have done the washing up, sorry Marie!” but the meaning behind them is enough for me. For example, did you know that Snap Dragon flowers indicate presumptuousness? MaRead More

Come Sunday we’ll be hit with some jetlag that only the clocks changing can bring on. Admittedly, as far as jetlag it could get a lot worse, but we’ll definitely be missing that extra hour in bed. It’s a whole 60 minutes lost. That’s almost three episodes of Friends, or a good chunk out of a semi-decent film. Essentially, time that could be spent with our old pal Netflix will disappear.Read More
