Thought I’d give you some feedback on our break at the Old England Hotel.

I found the whole experience booking with Spabreak to be pleasant and efficient.

There was no deposit to pay and the staff were both friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel was amazing – definitely worth upgrading to a lake view room. We had breakfast in bed overlooking the lake on a cold frosty sunny morning - it was beautiful. The hotel is high quality, well run and the valet parking was a pleasant surprise.

I would definitely recommend your services to anyone – the value for money and service is outstanding.

Just a quick email so say how much fun we had at the Spa Inchyra at Falkirk!! It was a birthday surprise for my friend and we had an absolute hoot!!

Everyone was so friendly, the hotel was amazing!!! Our room was beautiful and the pool and facilities were just the business. There were two big theme nights on that we didn't know about but managed to 'gatecrash' the Abba tribute night!!

We had our facials the next day and the treatment rooms were very luxurious. The whole experience was fabulous, even the fire alarm going off and having to stand out side in our cosy robes and slippers whilst the firemen investigated wasn't enough to put us off from coming back!!

So a big thank you to you Melissa for organising it and to Inchyra for their first class service!!

Just a quick line to say thank you!

My hen weekend was as fab as I imagined it to be. The hotel was beautiful, the staff were great and the spa was a dream!!

Only a few little things that weren't perfect but completely out of your control. Everything else was perfect, the pool and steam room/sauna was very clean, staff were so helpful, treatments were amazing - so good!!! And the waiters were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble.

And as for treats for me, I got an extra bottle of pink Champagne and my room was a two story suite which came in very handy for us to party the night away in after the bar shut! It really was a perfect girly weekend. We had our own dinning room as well that just fitted the 19 of us in so we could be as loud and nuts as we wanted without disturbing anyone else and had our own team of waiters. The hotel really did a fab job so thank you for sorting all of this out for us.

Nothing was too much trouble for you with sorting it out for us and you really did a great job.

I will be recommending you and the venue to everyone!

I just wanted to say thank you so much for recommending Crewe Hall. We all had such a lovely time! The food was amazing as well as the treatments. The staff were all so friendly and we were even given a tour of the Old hall. The galaries were so beautiful. It was great value for money. There's only one thing I would mention is that we were very excited dining in the Ranulph restaurant, but we found out that it has been closed for 5 months and only used for private functions. We would definitely go back.

Now my sister's wedding has been and gone, I can finally get round to saying 'Thank You' for all your help in organising her hen party at Ardencote Manor on August 6th.

Spabreak Direct was a godsend and made it so easy to arrange for a group of 10 - especially not having to pay up front deposits and payments - that saved a lot of hassle.

And Ardencote Manor was fantastic - we all had a brilliant time. The hotel and spa were superb and the food was some of the best we have ever eaten - it was such good value.

It was the perfect place for her hen party - made even better that she knew nothing about it until we arrived!!

I wanted to give you some feed back after our weekend stay at Crewe Hall.

I must admit when I booked the break I did think that due to the low cost that it would be ok but nothing fantastic. I couldn't have been more wrong, everything about Crewe Hall was fantastic, food,service, treatment, location and staff. I couldn't fault a thing about our stay.

Nothing was to much trouble for the staff, the quality of the food was 5 star, our room was large well decorated spotlessly clean. Well worth a visit for young or old. The grounds are lovely to walk around and when I asked at the front desk about the place they gave me a detailed booklet detailing all about the family, Crewe Hall itself and a photo, which was such a lovely touch.

I would happily return and highly recommend it. I've already made comments on trip finders.

The break itself was everything we had hoped for. A lovely spa; relaxing and quiet, but not too stuffy and 'buttoned up' - you still felt like you could talk! The staff at Matfen were fabulous - so helpful and pleasant. Topped off with first-class food and a lovely room, we didn't want to leave!

I have already recommended your service to several people and will continue to do so. I won't hesitate to contact you when we next want a relaxing break away.

Another fantastic Spa Break. Telford Spa & Golf Hotel was brilliant.

The food was fabulous, the facilities were excellent and the treatmenst were of a very high standard.
