Just a quick feed back on last weekend at Bridgewood Manor Hotel and Spa!!!
It was lovely, the spa bath wasn't working but due to a couple having a bit of a domestic we were able to have our full treatments so that was such a bonus!! I had the massage and facial and Tomas was able to get his treatments too so you can imagine we were well chuffed!!
The hotel is lovely and the food was absolutely awesome! The staff were wonderful too!
Sooo thank you for being such a star in arranging this at such short notice and at such a good price! I know I gave you the run around at the 11th hour but you were incredibly professional and showed no irritation which was sweet because if it was me I probably would have! lol
So thanks again for your patience and believe me I will be contacting yourself or spa break in the future under less pressure I'm sure;-)

My friends and I have just returned from a spa break at the Cheltenham chase hotel. Wow! As you know, our deal included: buffet lunch, three course dinner (allocation £25 each), deluxe room overnight accommodation (with freebies), use of spa and gym over the whole weekend, breakfast and two 1/2 hr treatments from a selection.
I just wanted to say thank you so much for your friendly and efficient service. The deal we got through Spabreak Direct was truly great value for money, but more than that, the hotel was really lovely!
All the girls commented our lovely the weekend was and it was a perfect escape from daily busy working lives. Please can you pass our thanks to the hotel.
I thought you may be interested to have a bit of feedback on the hotel from my point of view:
When we arrived at hotel, reception staff were friendly, efficient and allowed us to check in much earlier than normal, as our rooms were available. As part of the deluxe room package, we had an extra wide king size bed, v comfy bed linen, a few free drinks / snacks in the room and a reserved car parking space right near the front door of the hotel.
After going to our rooms, we went for lunch (12-2pm). It was a buffet, on sat it was salad, chilli con carne, mushroom stroganoff, salmon parcels, chips and veg.. you could eat as much as you like and the restaurant was very spacious and staff helpful and polite.
After lunch, we went to the spa as our treatments weren't till later on.
As you know this is a hotel with a spa, not a spa in isolation. The pool area was nice and not too crowded. a few kiddies having a swim but nothing too bad. My only slightly negative comment that has been mentioned in other reviews such as tripadvisor is that there isn't quite enough seating around the pool. people tend to 'bag' a lounger even though they have no intention of sitting on it during their visit to the pool. I appreciate that there isn't really anymore space for seating, but thought best to highlight a possible issue.
The hotel offer a relaxation room where there is seating (during the wk this is a treatment room above the pool, but at weekends, when busy, this is a room in the conferencing area upstairs)
All my friends and I can highly recommend the treatments given at the Cheltenham chase hotel. the girls were all lovely, and the rooms are very well equipped and relaxing. If only I had booked a longer treatment, I could have enjoyed it much more.
The hotel staff are very prompt and efficient.
Our dinner was very tasty and good value for money We had £100 allocation between us - noting drinks are not included, even if your bill is below £100.) It was the Saturday night before Valentine's, but there was a nice mixture of people, families, couples and groups.
Buffet breakfast was delicious, full fry up was yum and the chocolate muffins were soooo good.
The hotel overall was clean, tidy, plenty of space and easy to find.
I would highly recommend this hotel together with the excellent service offered by Spabreak Direct. The hotel is extremely good value for money, with well trained and polite staff, very nice deluxe rooms and nice food.
I have travelled to a few hotels across uk recently and can say without doubt, the staff here make your stay truly wonderful and the best service I have had in a uk hotel for a longtime.
The convenience of allowing people to book for a group and pay upon arrival / departure from the hotel is an excellent concept and I will happily use your company again.

Following on from my spa booking earlier this year to visit the Harrogate Spa I just wanted to let you know that we had a lovely time.
The hotel was indeed majestic and all the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The front desk were indeed very lovely as our room was not ready when we first arrived and prioritised our room to ensure we had time to change ahead of our treatments.
The staff in the Orchids rooms were also lovely and very professional. The treatments themselves were blissful and especially relaxing!
Although the main meal on the night was a little dissappointing, the desert and the breakfast the following morning more than made up for it!

Just got back from our hen weekend at Botley Park. Just a quick email to say thank you very much for sorting the booking out for the 12 hen ladies including our last minute hen maiden. The service you gave was fantastic, the venue could not be faulted and the whole experience was great value for money.
When I have saved some more pennies I will be back in touch to do another weekend. Will definitely recommend both venue and your service to friends and family.

We have just returned from our spa break at Norton Park and I thought I would drop you a quick email with feedback.
All dealings with you "FAB"
Arrival at reception good, mind you it was very hectic when we arrived as lots of people were checking out... the young lady on reception sorted out our lunch time meal in quick time and told us where the leisure area was.
Lunch time meal very good with friendly staff. We eventually found the leisure area and had to enquire about robes etc and staff were surprised that reception had not asked us to come to them direct as they would have talked us through meals, sessions etc, that being said they then sorted things out for us and yes we got a robe and slippers to wear.
We had one treatment on Sunday with the manicure this morning, due to time scales their end, the massage was very good the manicure 'o.k'.
The staff in the centre were very complimentary about Spabreak.co.uk, so well done you!
Evening meal was really very good and this morning's breakfast was very, very busy as it appeared that Spain, well a lot of medical people from Spain, had come for a conference so as you can imagine it was busy for all the staff but we still had a good breakfast, lots of choice.
All the staff were friendly and ready to help so all in all an enjoyable and relaxing stay.
Thank you again for all your help and I will recommend Spabreak.co.uk to others.

Thanks for the booking and your helpfulness. We had a lovely 24 hours at the Welcombe Spa Hotel, in beautiful surroundings. Food was excellent and breakfast offered so much choice. Dining staff were really charming. Only downside was the price of evening meal items. Couldn't do 3 courses on the £30 allowed.

What A Weekend!!!!!!
I just had to email and say to you thank you so much. The weekend was fantastic!!! It was everything you told me it would be. We walked around the grounds in our dressing gowns, the weather was super so lots of sun bathing, the spa treatments were amazing, the relaxation room we sat in after our treatments with lovely comfy chairs stools blankets tea/coffee. The food was really superb, we had our own dining room which was great as we could be noisy without upsetting anyone else(not that we were of course). The evening meal was just as good and they brought in a cd player so we had some music in the back ground and we played silly games afterwards. All my friends have phoned and texted me this morning saying how much they have enjoyed themselves. I have told my friends to come to Spabreak Direct to book any Spa Weekends with. Once again thanks so much for making my Hen Night one to remember.

Thought I would let you know that all went well with our hen party this weekend. The weather was wonderful and Crewe Hall Hotel stunning. Everyone managed to get their treatments. Some asked for changes which were accommodated by the very pleasant staff. Thank you so much for sorting out the difficulties for us at such short notice.
We were impressed by the standard of the rooms and also the food. The swimming pool was wonderful as you could swim lengths without bumping into other people or only swimming 3 strokes before reaching the other end of the pool.
We all had a wonderful time and I will thoroughly recommend your company to my friends. Thank you once again to you and Glenda for your pleasant efficiency and for helping to make Helen's hen do a special occassion. I look forward to contacting you within the near future for a 'ladies who lunch' spa break.

I just wanted to drop you a line to say thank you for all your hard work in making my sister’s hen weekend a very special one. I know at times we were not the easiest group to work with. There were lots of amendments to the booking along the way, including a last minute one! Your professionalism really took a lot of the pressure and stresses away from me as chief organiser (and chief bridesmaid!).
As for feedback on the weekend itself, I have nothing but positive remarks to make. The hotel is in a beautiful setting, the food was delicious and the service and staff were second to none. Despite the fact that we were quite a young group in part, and a little boisterous at times, we were ALWAYS treated courteously. Nick (the Manager) was genuinely concerned that we were all having a good weekend and also helped me in making it a fabulous time for all.
On the Saturday the Spa were down one therapist, we’re still not sure what happened to the 3rd girl, I hope she’s okay! Anyway, Libby & Sam pulled out all the stops to make sure that all of the ladies got at least one treatment and even liaised with Nick so that those who didn’t receive their 2nd treatment got a decent discount on the cost of the weekend.
Everyone that I have dealt with in the run up to and during the course of the weekend should be highly commended for their superb service; yourself, reception staff, the porters, bar and restaurant staff and of course Management. Particular names that stand out are you, Gemma (Spa), Sam (Spa) &ndash she had a lot of stress on the Saturday and absolutely not her fault, Nick (Manager) & Arvind (Restaurant Manager). We were very well looked after.
