Accommodation
At Cotswold House there are room sizes and styles to suit everyone from deluxe doubles to suites with gardens and hot tubs. With baths big enough to share, cashmere throws and fireplaces with coal effect fires, they really have thought of everything. Lay between Frette linen sheets on your enormous king-sized bed, made up just how you like it, and read the latest novel or magazine from your bookshelf. Watch a DVD on your state-of-the-art television that you can rotate to the perfect viewing angle from your remote control, or take a long soak in a bath filled with your favourite bath oil and watch your bathroom TV. Keep in touch with the office via the free broadband connection in every room.
There's canapés and ice for your drinks, whilst you prepare for dinner, and when you come to rest your head on your favourite type of pillow, drift away in peace and quiet with a waft of sleep spray to ensure the perfect night's sleep. In the morning, there's fresh coffee from your percolator, orange juice from your minibar and it's back to bed with the morning paper delivered to your door; a very civilised way to prepare for a hearty, traditional breakfast and a day's sightseeing in the Cotswolds.

Cuisine
With such a wealth of wonderful produce right on the doorstep, wouldn’t it be a crime not to use it? It would be insane. Which is why the formidable kitchen team, led by head chef Damian Clisby, take their inspiration from the finest offerings of dedicated Cotswold producers; whether it be wholesome crusty breads, locally churned cheeses, home-reared meats, vegetables from the lush Vale of Evesham, or jams and preserves from small-scale artisan producers. All people who care deeply about what they do. The result? The very best of modern British cooking with a good sprinking of Continental influence in there too. No posturing. No pretension. Just wonderful food. And you can sample it all in both Juliana's, the three rosette, four AA red star restaurant, and Hicks', the all-day brasserie, whichever suits your mood.
