Fam Trip To Ardencote Manor 24/10/09

On Saturday 24th October we were invited to Ardencote Manor in Warwickshire on a familiarisation trip to experience first hand the facilities, ambience and of course the treatments. We arrived at various times throughout the afternoon, checked in to our rooms and then met up in the informal Leisure Bar for a pre-dinner drink.

Dinner was in the Lodge and what a dinner it was! Beautifully presented, perfectly cooked and extremely tasty dishes, accompanied by a selection of fine red and white wine. After dinner we retired to the comfy armchairs and sofas of the Oak Room for a nightcap before making our way up to bed.

Sunday morning and after a hearty breafast we were shown round the hotel, taking in all the leisure facilities which include heated indoor and outdoor pools, sauna and steam room, an outdoor hot tub, squash and tennis courts, gymnasium and exercise studio. Then it was time for our treatments so we headed for the spa. When we met up again in the Leisure Bar everyone commented on how fantastic their particular treatment was and we were all so relaxed and chilled out that it was difficult to contemplate going home.
